Touch for Health is the basis of all the Kinesiology modalities available today. I use it for my clients when a lot of physical balancing is required. A session may involve muscle monitoring 14, 28 or 42 muscles, releasing stress in muscles, evaluating nutritional needs, checking posture, manually stimulating muscles, working on reactive muscles, or cross crawling for brain integration. I incorporate the Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Five Elements of Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood and use acupressure points on the body, colour, sound and emotions. I may also pain tap. I can offset the effects of jet lag or shift work, and help my clients set goals to make changes in their lives.
I also teach the Touch for Health 1-4 Synthesis course and information on course dates are listed on the Workshops link.
