KINERGETICS UNITS 1 TO 5

Kinergetics is a completely different way of working with Kinesiology - a new approach. For many people it is their first Kinesiology workshop, one that often inspires them to learn more. The main difference is the Kinergetics hydration balancing. Most practitioners find that virtually every new client requires the Kinergetics hydration balance. This consistently corrects most of the 42 muscles taught in Touch for Health. As the muscles relate to the organs and Acupuncture Meridians, the energy of the whole body is affected.
Kinergetics has unique corrections for the muscles around the TMJ. Tension in these muscles affects the whole body structurally, nutritionally, energetically and emotionally. Kinergetics locates and corrects sabotages by finding the original stresses that caused the sabotages. Kinergetics also works on the spiritual/metaphysical reasons for the imbalances.
Kinergetics Unit 1 - Clear blocks to healing energy, balance stresses and food sensitivites, check and rebalance hydration and your electrolytes, brain integration, learn how to use self testing to balance yourself, plus three of the most powerful pain corrections of any workshop. Fast Fix correction procedure - the main correction in Kinergetics in which the client's body tells us where to correct, for how long, and when it's done.
Kinergetics Unit 2 - Deal with emotions and emotional stress, learn the age recessing process, rebalance the Sphenoid and Coccyx, work on TMJ suppressions, format into the physiology of the body by accessing specific areas in minute detail, clear general stresses affecting emotions and belief systems, improve vision in a variety of ways. Includes detailed information on the body systems and how they function.
Kinergetics Unit 3 - Evaluate and improve the movement of 16 muscles. Create positive affirmations for Smoking, Body Fat, Relationships, Addictions, Career, Health, Love, etc. Identify sabotage programmes. Eliminate mercury and heavy metals from the body. Reduce Candida overgrowth. Surrogate balancing. Provide support to a person in a healing crisis. Guidelines on working with clients with Multiple Sclerosis, Arthritis, Constipation and Whiplash injuries.
Kinergetics Unit 4 - Clear blocks to higher energy healing vibrations. Use the Access Sequence to clear subconscious resistance to healing. Gain optimum support before a balance. Clear stresses blocking the assimilation of water. Magnesium and minerals metabolism balance. Advanced Kinergetics corrections. Session completion checks.
Kinergetics Unit 5 - Kidney formats, hydration pathways, brain hydration formats and brain hydration support. Rebalance the body for micro-organisms (common pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa and parasites). Implement safety checks to clear stresses from light bodies and chakras. Rebalance chakras.

REKINDLED ANCIENT WISDOM

Rekindled Ancient Wisdom is a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional energy balancing system that uses a muscle testing technique to identify energetic blocks in the body and outer energy fields. This enables you to utilize your intuitive abilities to connect to your inner wisdom. It is one of the easiest ways in which you can learn to balance yourself and make changes in your life by working on issues affecting you and others.
RAW Intro - Clear emotions and affirmations on stresses around events, pain, people and situations.
RAW Level 1 - The full balancing procedure is taught. You access the causes of pain, illness, emotional upsets, confusion or inability to function clearly. TMJ and RESET

RESET is a simple, non-invasive system of relaxing the jaw muscles quickly with no intrusion, manipulation or pain. Ideal for anyone suffering from tension in the body, tight neck and shoulder muscles, pain and stress, or who has had major dental work. By relaxing the jaw muscles the TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) is able to reset. This has a flow-on effect on the other muscles in the body and allows them to relax. The corrections in RESET are extremely powerful in both their access to and rebalancing of the TMJ system. You will learn how to energise the Kidneys, Upper Trapezius and Neck Muscles; relax the jaw muscles gently and soothingly. RESET is a technique that actually relaxes you by relaxing your jaw muscles as well as your body. Easy to learn and can be used to help yourself and others.
TMJ and RESET - This is an extension of the RESET workshop and includes ways of correcting TMJ imbalances, the sphenoid's relationship to hormones, strengthening the body's energy fields against electromagnetic radiation (EMR), the impact of dehydration, the connections between the muscles and jaw, and how to relax jaw muscles.

TOUCH FOR HEALTH 1-4 SYNTHESIS
Touch for Health 1-4 Synthesis covers how to locate and monitor 42 muscles in the body, release stress in muscles, evaluate nutritional needs, check posture, integrate the brain, relieve pain, correct reactive muscles, manually stimulate muscles, set goals. Techniques are provided for balancing the 14 muscle/meridian/organ relationship for improved postural balance, health and performance. Practical everyday applications for increased wellbeing on all levels are taught. The concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine are incorporated using the ancient Law of Five Elements to balance your systems' energetic relationships. Reactive muscles are reset for enhanced performance.
TFH COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS
Eat Right, Live Right - This workshop teaches about food combination and digestion, food combination guidelines, food families, anti- and pro-immunity foods, vitamin supplements. You will learn how to check yourself for what foods, vitamins and supplements are best for you.
Kinesiology for Kids - Do something special for your child or grandchild and help them become the best that they can be. Increase their school and sporting achievements and build their confidence and self esteem. You will learn techniques to improve their co-ordination, reading ability, comprehension, concentration and handwriting. They will find they can learn new things more easily and feel good about themselves.

Healthy Pets - Designed for animal lovers to show them how they can use the skill of muscle monitoring to find the best way to improve and maintain their pets' health. During this workshop you will learn about the interaction between pets and their owners, the comparative physical anatomy between your pet and you, the nutritional needs of your pets, how emotions may affect your pets, basic information on keeping your pets healthy, how to use vibrational remedies, the benefits of acupressure massage, your pet’s meridian pathways. The techniques taught may be used in conjunction with any veterinary treatment and are safe and non-invasive.


Perceptive Vision - Much of what we experience in life can be influenced by what is happening around us and how we view it. In this workshop we will look at various ways which have been successful for many people wishing to see more clearly including nutrition, affirmations, eye exercises, etc.
Stress Release Made Easy - Find out how to identify and easily manage your stress with practical techniques you can apply every day of your life. The workshop covers the causes of stress and its various stages, stress management using breathing, exercises, nutrition, food supplements and humour.
Tibetan Energy and Vitality - Tibetan Energy flow corrections have been known to relieve a great amount of pain, discomfort and low energy problems. Looking and feeling better is one reason why we seek to improve our energy level. Low energy, fatigue, pain and loss of motivation are all signs that our body is functioning at less than its best. Four energy systems, are taught in this workshop: Figure 8 Energy Flow, the Healing Power of Sound, Spiral Energy Flow above the head, and the Spinning Vortices.
KINESIOLOGY AND CRYSTALS

This workshop teaches you how to combine crystals with other Kinesiology techniques. You will receive a brief introduction to crystals and their properties, learn 10 different ways to clean them, use a crystal wand to clear an emotional stress, and find out how to support the kidneys with crystals. You will find out how to balance the body to synthesise Vitamin C, bring a person into harmony with the lunar moon cycle; use crystals to ease pain, bruises, sprains and injuries; quickly balance all acupuncture meridians, energise glands with crystals, clear trauma being held by scars, and rebalance the chakras. Crystals and crystal wands may be purchased at the workshop.
BODY AND SOUL 1 - EVERYDAY KINESIOLOGY

Our two-day workshop will give you practical hands-on applications of Kinesiology that can be used immediately to enhance your body's natural healing ability. Managing a stressful lifestyle is an essential part of life today. Firstly, we need to be able to recognise stress, then know how best to manage it. This course is an introduction to a range of relaxation techniques and provides opportunities to experience a variety of relaxation and meditation tools. You will learn how to identify stress in yourself and others, life tools for minimising stress, physical and mental techniques for relaxation, and different styles of meditation. This course is offered for anyone wishing to learn how to relax and meditate.
