Practice Management 1 This course provides the foundation for professional practice in the complementary health industry and is a prerequisite for Practice Management 2.  You will learn the principles of ethical conduct, how to manage professional development and quality improvement, how to interact effectively with other health professionals, how to establish and maintain administrative systems, financial administration and documentation, skills for effective practice administration, relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and human resource administration and record-keeping.  This is a Home Study Course and on successful completion you will gain certificates of attainment in the following modules:  Work effectively in the Health Industry HLTHIR1A, and Administer a practice HLTCOM3A.
